Valleyview Condominium Building Envelope Repair

Valleyview Condominium is a 7 building multi-family complex.

Project Overview

It was found that there was substantial rot due to previous improper building envelope work.  The rot was found on the exterior wall sheathing, deck surfaces, around the windows and on the deck support posts.  The scope of work was to remove all vinyl siding, all duradeck surfaces on all decks, all metal cladding on support posts and all trim around all windows.  Rotted areas were removed and replaced with new sheathing, all windows had new Smart trim installed, all posts had new Hardie panel and Smart trim installed, all walls had new vinyl siding installed.

Duration of project is 1 building per year until all buildings have been completed, as per the Boards instructions.
