Hail can cause tremendous damage. Skymills Condominium required stone replacement throughout the property. It included the removal and replacement of existing stone, lathe, scratch coat and building paper.  Scaffolding was used throughout the project to reach as high as 3rd and 4th story balconies, pillars and chimneys. 

In total, 54,000 sq. ft. of stone was replaced while coordinating with Engineers, the Board and over 1000 residents. Download our Client Project .PDF overview.
